He has more than 25 years of consulting, training, and executive coaching experience in crisis management, strategic communication, and organizational leadership. Oliver has made presentations, conducted management workshops, and worked with clients in several dozen countries. The author of numerous peer-reviewed articles, he has also been interviewed by domestic and international industry and mainstream media and taught at leading universities in multiple countries.
